These terms govern your use of Life Admin ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Life Admin is a personal administration tool that helps you track renewal dates, deadlines, and important documents across vehicles, properties, insurance policies, and company filings. The Service includes AI-powered document and photo import, reminders, and a dashboard interface.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Life Admin offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all data you enter or upload to Life Admin. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
Life Admin uses artificial intelligence to extract information from documents and photos you upload. While we strive for accuracy, AI extraction is not infallible. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of any data extracted by our AI features. Life Admin is not a substitute for professional advice and should not be relied upon as the sole record of any legal, financial, or compliance obligation.

Life Admin provides reminders and alerts as a convenience. While we make every effort to deliver them reliably, we do not guarantee that reminders will be sent or received on time. You remain solely responsible for meeting your own deadlines, renewals, and legal obligations. Life Admin is not liable for any loss, fine, or penalty resulting from a missed or delayed reminder.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
